I started doing some fun new artsy stuff. Saw a picture of nail and string art, came up with a “what if I did it this way to make it a little cooler,” and so far so good. Will post finished first piece once I am happy with it.
I’m adding some paper highlights. Focusing on the shadows of the nails and the direction of grain on the wood. It’s a lot of fun. I’m inquiring to submit this series to be part of an art show somewhere in the neighbourhood.
Valentines. So. Yeah. I will be finishing those cards this week. Giving some to Boreal Shop in Parkdale. I gotta get into more shops, I feel the demand and inquiry into my cards surpasses the ease of getting them. If only I had a store … one day I will. That day is coming closer and closer.
